Printing an e-commerce packing slip in the PitneyShip mobile app

If you are an e-commerce user, you can print a packing slip for your orders using the PitneyShip mobile app. This feature is only available to e-commerce users. If you are unable to print a packing slip, you will need to change your PitneyShip plan.

1. Tap Orders.
   
2. From the Unshipped Orders screen, tap the order you wish to print a label for.
3. Fill in the required fields.
4. Tap Print.
5. On the Label Options screen, select Roll from the Select Print Size field.
6. (Optional) Enter a memo in the Memo field.
7. Verify the packing slip checkbox is checked. If it is not, packing slips will need to be enabled on the web version of PitneyShip. See Enabling packing slips for e-commerce orders in PitneyShip.
8. Tap Print.
