Enabling packing slips for e-commerce orders in PitneyShip

If you are an e-commerce user, you can print a packing slip for your orders. This feature is only available to e-commerce users. If you are unable to print a packing slip, you will need to change your PitneyShip plan.

If you are an ecommerce user, you can print a packing slip for your orders. This feature is only available to ecommerce users.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

  1. Select Settings > Packing Slip.
  2. Check the box for Always print packing slip with shipping labels for ecommerce.
  3. Under Output Size Preview, select the packing slip size.
  4. In the Form Label field, enter the text that you want to appear in a larger size at the top of the packing slip.
  5. Check the boxes for the items you want to appear on the packing slip.
    • If you select Store Logo, select Upload, choose your logo file, and select Upload.
  6. Select Update.
