Disabling packing slips for e-commerce orders in PitneyShip

If you are an e-commerce user and no longer need to print packing slips, you can disable this feature using PitneyShip. This feature is only available to e-commerce users. If you are unable to view this feature, you will need to change your PitneyShip plan.

If you are an e-commerce user and no longer need to print packing slips, you can disable this feature using PitneyShip. This feature is only available to e-commerce users. If you are unable to view this feature, you will need to change your PitneyShip plan.

  1. Select Settings > Packing Slip.
  2. Uncheck the box for Always print packing slips with shipping labels for ecommerce.
  3. Select Update to save the selections.
