New Features & Enhancements
Removed Hazardous Material checkbox for DHL, DHL Express, FedEx and UPS
Removed the Hazardous Material checkbox and special services for the above mentioned carriers to meet compliance requirements. Users will still be able to ship hazardous materials using USPS.
Hide carrier account number in History
Admin users have the option to select the Hide carrier account number in history checkbox located under Admin Options, giving them control over the visibility of carrier account numbers. This feature provides an added level of security. When the box is checked, all but the last three account number digits will be hidden from all users under the subscription. Account numbers will be unmasked by default.
Address verification settings
Admin users now have the option to select their address verification preference under Admin Options. Users can select one of two options:
- Get Suggestions: Users will see suggestions to improve the address. They can choose to use the suggestion or to keep the address the same.
- Automatically Apply Changes: Address suggestions will automatically be applied to the address.
PitneyShip Cube installation update
The PitneyShip Cube installation workflow has been updated to simplify the installation process. The printer driver and DeviceHub installation are now included in one installation package. Users installing their PitneyShip Cube using Wi-Fi will no longer need to connect to the PitneyShip mobile app and can complete the installation using their PC or Mac.
Removed duplicate FedEx package types
Removed duplicate FedEx package types from the list of available options.
Issues Fixed
Certified Mail tool tip language
Previously, there were minor grammatical errors under the Certified Mail tool tip. This issue has been fixed.
UPS DAP account Terms of Sale
Previously, users were seeing options that did not apply to international shipping for UPS DAP account users. This issue has been fixed and these options are no longer visible to users.
