Uninstall the OCR App

  1. Tap Settings.
  2. Tap Apps & notifications.
  3. Locate and tap OCR.
  4. Tap UNINSTALL.
  5. Tap OK.

Installing the OCR App

If the OCR 1.2 app does not install after a few minutes or a device restart, follow the steps below.

  1. Open Apps.
  2. Tap Hub.
  3. Tap App Catalog (opens in browser).
  4. Tap Install for com.pb.speocr.App.
  5. Tap Install again to confirm.
