SendPro Enterprise version 8.54.2 Release Notes (March 13, 2023)

Note: Some changes affect all SendPro Enterprise users, while other changes affect licensed users only. If you are a subscriber, your SendPro Enterprise is hosted in the Pitney Bowes cloud with the address https://name.sendproenterprise.com, where "name" is your organization's unique value. If you are a licensed user, your SendPro Enterprise is not hosted in the Pitney Bowes cloud.

Carrier Changes

The following carrier changes have been implemented for SendPro Enterprise:

UPS API. Resolved void issues with certain services.

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

Resolved an issue where an element was missing for void requests to would prevent the ShipmentIdentificationNumber from passing to the carrier correctly.

UPS API. Resolved rate/void issue.

Affects all SendPro Enterprise users.

Resolved a JSON error that was present after the 8.54.1 release preventing rate/void requests from returning successfully.
