"Invalid DGSignatory Title" when shipping with UPS API in SendPro Enterprise

The message "Invalid DGSignatory Title" occurs because UPS API has a limit of 35 characters for the user's title.

Issue

When shipping with carrier UPS API, the message "Invalid DGSignatory Title" appears.

Cause

UPS API has a limit of 35 characters for the user's title.

Resolution

Shorten the user's Job Title to 35 characters or less.

  1. Sign in to SendPro Enterprise with a Supervisor account.
  2. Open the Supervisor app.
  3. Select Users.
  4. Search for the user who is receiving the error message.
  5. Highlight the user and select Edit.
  6. Shorten the user's Job Title to 35 characters or less.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Have the user sign out and back in to SendPro Enterprise for the changes to take effect.
