Our mailing systems require a connection to the Pitney Bowes Data Center to refill postage, download software updates, and transfer data. Connecting your meter digitally is the primary method due to its speed, convenience, reliability and lower costs. It eliminates the need for an analog phone line. Additionally, it provides substantially faster upload and download speeds.

Internet Connection Issues
Issues with a Data Center connection can have many causes. Most connection problems involve either the Internet connection, heavy traffic to the Data Centre, software configuration, or the mailing system itself.
