Pitney Works is a bill now pay later service that allows you to pay for postage, mailing and shipping related expenses on one consolidated account. A PitneyWorks account can be used for rental, comprehensive service plans, equipment sales, chargeable service callouts, and supplies.
Payment Terms and Details
- All charges relating to Postage, Shipping and Mailing are detailed on one monthly itemized statement.
- Payments are due 25 days from the invoice date.
- Flexible payment terms, pay either the full or minimum amount or anything in between.

Purchase Summary Explained
Transactions are grouped by type and summarised in the Purchases field. Individual transactions are itemized on the additional pages of the invoice.
- Note: Use the tips below to see important information within the itemized section of a statement.
Meter Postage: Charges relating to postage meter refills.
- Tip: The description field will show the serial number of each individual meter on the account.
Supplies: Supply orders that were billed to the Purchase Power account.
- Tip: Purchase Order numbers for supply orders will be listed in the details section.
Equipment and Services: Charges for annual maintenance, service callouts,rental and ValueMax.
- Tip: The details section will show cover dates for service and rental contracts.
Shipping: Shipping activity for parcels and packages.
