New Features & Enhancements

Web browser and mobile app: Custom field type

When adding a custom field, you can select either Radio Button or Checkbox from the Type menu. If you choose one of these types, the options for Receive, Edit, Deliver, and Pouch will be selected by default in the Assign To Page/Form section.

If the custom field is active, it will be displayed on the receiving workflows' Receive, Edit, Deliver, and Pouch pages in both the Desktop and Mobile apps. Users can add or update values for these active custom fields for packages.

The values for the Radio Button and Checkbox custom fields will appear on the desktop's Package Activity and Package Details pages. Mobile app users can view these values by selecting the field name from the bottom sheet options on various pages, including Dashboard KPI, Undelivered, Received, Checkpoint, Delivered, Attempted, Refused, and Manifest.

Desktop users can also export the saved values of the custom fields for a package in the Exported Data reports.
