New Features & Enhancements
Order total update
Updated the Total charges section on the Shipping History screen for parcel shipments.
Sub-Total field added: This includes shipment charges and any extra services, discounts, or other charges. The Sub-Total may include:
- Parcel cost
- Package cost
- Shipment cost
- Fuel surcharge
- Delivery confirmation
- Small business savings
- Handling charges
- Generic cost
Taxes displayed after Sub-Total: This includes any applicable taxes such as:
- HST: Harmonized Sales Tax
- PST: Provincial Sales Tax
- GST: Goods and Services Tax
- QST: Quebec Sales Tax
- Total: The sum of the Sub-Total and taxes.
Stamps History report export record limit
Users can now export a maximum of 50,000 records from the shipment history. If a user attempts to export more than this limit, an alert will appear with the message, “The export size is too large. Please select a smaller date range and try again.”
Create presets that include return label
Users can create presets that include the checked Include Return Label box.
Increase the max reprint limit for labels
Users can now print a label up to eight times for all carriers except USPS. The limit was increased from three to eight to account for potential printing errors.
Ship request status updates
Users who create ship requests can now check the status of their requests in the History section. For instance, next to each ship request, they can see whether the label has been printed, is in transit, or has been delivered.
Canada Post multiple day manifests
Users can now print Canada Post manifests for any three-day period.
