New Features & Enhancements

Certified tracking data and filtering

Users can now view the Status, Delivery Date, Shipping Notes, and Tracking Information for Certified Mail and ERR shipments. They can also filter Sending Reports for Extra Services and Surcharges.

Manual transaction - Import template

Users previously using the old template to upload manual transactions faced issues due to adding two new fields, Job Id1 and Job Id2. These two columns are now optional, allowing users to choose whether to include them. Both the old and new templates are now supported. When importing manual transactions, users can download the updated template, including these new fields, by clicking the Download a .CSV template link.
