Specifications for required fields when importing cost account files
Products affected: PitneyShip™ Pro
Enterprise administrators can import shared cost accounts into the system automatically on a fixed schedule from an SFTP server. The following are the field specifications for cost account import files.

Cost Accounts support a 3-level hierarchy: Cost Account > Sub Cost Account > Sub Sub Cost Account. If using this hierarchy, the ParentName field must contain the Sub Cost Account Name. The following characters are not allowed in Cost Account Names: -~`'^&|{}[]";<>= double spaces |
