Disabling the prompt to add to an existing reservation in ParcelPoint Smart Lockers

You can disable the ability to add packages to an existing reservation if you have security requirements that a locker not be opened by anyone but the recipient.

You can disable the ability to add packages to an existing reservation if you have security requirements that a locker not be opened by anyone but the recipient. Each package for a recipient will be delivered to a new locker.

  1. Click Kiosks.

  2. Select the location from the Location menu, then select the locker bank from the Locker Banks menu.

  3. Select Package Drop Off.
  4. Set the slider for Add to Existing Locker Reservationto OFF to disable the option.
