New Features & Enhancements

Web browser: Added Find Packages by ID option to Delivery settings

Users can enable the Find Packages by ID option under Delivery settings. By default, this option is turned off. When turned on, users can view the Undelivered packages for a recipient by scanning or manually entering the Personnel ID.

Web browser: Delivering packages by ID

Users can deliver packages using the personnel ID. When the Find Packages by ID option is turned on, users can enter a personnel ID in the new Card ID field to get a list of undelivered packages. Users can then mark packages as delivered.

Web browser: Added the Additional information with the package field

Added the Additional information with the package field under Delivery settings. Users can add package location or other custom fields for undelivered packages. This information will appear when a user views the package on the Delivery screen.
