Delivering a package using ID cards in PitneyTrack Inbound

If you use employee or student ID cards and have the personnel ID completed in the Address Book you can deliver packages by scanning ID cards.

If you use employee or student ID cards and have the personnel ID completed in the Address Book you can deliver packages by scanning ID cards.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

Before you begin

You need to enable this feature in the Delivery settings. See:

  1. On the Receive Packages tab, select Deliver, or from the Receiving menu at the top, select Single Recipient under Deliver.
  2. Enter or scan the ID number into the Card ID field.
  3. Press Tab to continue.
  4. Complete any of the necessary fields, as required.
  5. Click Save.
