Issue

Envelopes are jamming.

Resolution

Follow these steps to clear an envelope jam on your SendPro MailCenter 3000 system.

  1. Lift the (a) feeder W-O-W transport cover and the (b) printer cover.
    Lift the feeder W-O-W transport cover and the printer cover.
  2. Pull up and to the left on the top release lever.
    Pull the top release lever up and to the left
  3. Lift the (a) W-O-W transport release lever and the (b) printer transport release lever.
    Lift the W-O-W transport release lever and the printer transport release lever.
  4. Remove any mailpieces from the W-O-W transport and printer transport area.
  5. Lift the lower release lever and remove the mailpiece.
    Lift the lower release lever and remove the mailpiece.
  6. Push all release levers down and make sure they snap into place.
    Replace all release levers to their original position
  7. Close all covers and resume printing.
