Issue

Envelopes are jamming.

Resolution

Follow these steps to clear an envelope jam on your SendPro MailCenter 2000.

  1. Lift the (a) feeder W-O-W transport cover and the (b) printer cover.
    Lift the feeder WOW transport and printer cover
  2. Pull up on the (a) top release lever, the (b) W-O-W transport release lever, and the (c) printer transport release lever.
    Pull the top release, the WOW transport release and the printer transport release levers
  3. Remove any mailpieces from the W-O-W transport and printer transport area.
  4. Lift up the lower release lever and remove the mailpiece.
    Lift up the lower release lever and remove the mailpiece.
  5. Push all release levers down and make sure they snap into place.
    Place all the release levers to their original position
  6. Close all covers and resume printing.
