Scheduling reports in PitneyAnalytics

In PitneyAnalytics, you can schedule reports and have them emailed to multiple recipients.

You can schedule reports and have them emailed to multiple recipients. You can filter these reports to see exactly what you need to track your postage spend, refill amounts, and contracts.

  1. Select Analytics > Reports.

  2. Use the filters to select the data you wish to view.

    1. Filter: The default value is Division/Region.
    2. Division/Region: Select the divisions you wish to view.
    3. Location: Select the locations you wish to view.
    4. Decimal preferences: Select two or three decimal places.
    5. Date Range: Select one of the preset time periods, or select Custom Range to enter a specific date range.
    6. Refresh: Once you have selected all of your options, click the refresh icon to display the report.
  3. Select and arrange the data you want to view.
  4. Click Schedule / Send.
  5. Give the scheduled report a display name.
  6. Select a report Format, either CSVor Excel.
  7. (Optional) Select whether or not to include Column Headers and Summary Tables.
  8. Click Frequency and select the frequency you want—daily, weekly, or monthly.
  9. Click On These Days and select a day of the week for daily and weekly reports, or a date for monthly reports.
  10. Click At This Time and select a report delivery time.
  11. (Optional) Click Send report only during a specific time period, then set the Start Date and End Date.
  12. Enter your recipients' email addresses separated by commas. The email is sent from no-reply@pb.com. Your recipients may need to check their junk email folders if they don't receive this report at first.
  13. Select Save.
  14. To edit the scheduled report, select the Scheduled/Exported tab, then click the Edit icon.
  15. Click Update when you are finished making changes.
