Editing a package status in PitneyTrack Inbound

You can edit a package status if you need to change its settings.

You can edit a package status if you need to change its settings.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

  1. Select Settings > Package Statuses.
  2. Select the edit icon next to the status you wish to update.

  3. Update the status as needed.
  4. Select Save & Close.

Changing the order of the statuses

  1. Select Reorder Statuses.
  2. Click and drag on the reorder icon to move the statuses up or down.
