Scheduling a FedEx pickup in PitneyShip Pro

You can schedule a package pickup for FedEx through PitneyShip Pro. Pickup charges may vary based on your FedEx account type.

1. From the Shipping menu, select Schedule FedEx Pickup.
2. Enter the sender's email address and phone number if they are not already filled in.
3. If you have more than one FedEx account, select the account for the pickup from the Carrier Account menu.
4. Select All FedEx Shipments or Choose FedEx Shipments.
   • If you select Choose FedEx Shipments, select the shipments you wish to have picked up, then select Choose.
5. Confirm the number and weight of the packages.
6. Select the Pickup Date and time window.
7. Select the Pickup Location.
8. (Optional) Enter Pickup Reference notes.
9. (Optional) Add any Additional Notes for the carrier.
10. Select Packages are properly sealed and ready for shipment.
11. Select Confirm Pickup.
12. Confirm the information and select Print Confirmation.

If you need to cancel a pickup, go to the Pickup History tab.
