Scanning 2D barcodes in the PitneyTrack mobile app

You can scan 2D barcodes to capture the recipient's name when available.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

1. Open the PitneyTrack mobile app and sign in.
2. Tap Quick Receive.
3. Tap the scan icon and scan a 2D barcode. If possible, the Recipient field is filled in automatically.
4. If the Carrier field is not filled in, tap it and select the carrier.
5. If the Sender field is not filled in, tap it and select the sender.
6. Select Done.

Note: The name in the barcode may not exactly match a recipient in your contact list.
