Importing Delivery Locations (Inbound Site Framework) in PitneyTrack Inbound

You can import your delivery locations (sites, buildings, floors, and mail stops) from a CSV file.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

  1. Select Settings > Divisions & Locations.
  2. Select the Inbound Site Framework tab.
  3. Select Import.
  4. (Optional) To use a template to create your import file, select Download a .csv template. The file sample-Inboundsite-import.csv will be downloaded. You can insert your locations into this template, or copy the headers (first row) from this template into your own file.
  5. Create your locations list and save the file in CSV format. When importing inbound sites, each row must include an existing LocationName and a SiteName.
  6. Select Choose File, select the CSV file that contains the users you wish to import, and select Open.
  7. If you wish to remove all of the existing inbound sites and replace them with the ones in the import file, select Replace inbound sites.
  8. Select Import.

If there are any errors, select the Import/Export Status button, then select the download icon next to the file that says ImportFailed. The error details will be listed in the error column in the spreadsheet. Correct the errors and upload the file again.
