"No scale connected" on the SendPro Mailstation
If your SendPro Mailstation displays "No scale connected" when you place a letter on the scale, follow these steps to resolve the issue.

Issue
The device displays the "No Scale connected" message when trying to zero the scale.
Resolution
Try these solutions in order:
Solution 1: Check USB ports
- Ensure there are no other devices plugged into the device's USB ports.
- Connect the scale to a different USB port.
Solution 2: Restart the device
- Disconnect the USB scale.
- Hold the power button until the screen displays Shutting Down.
- Once the device is off, wait 5 seconds.
- Tap the power button.
Solution 3: Hard-reboot the device
- Disconnect the power cord from the back of the machine.
- Wait ten seconds.
- Plug the cord back in firmly.
- Tap the power button.
