Transferring funds from an older meter to SendPro Mailstation

Follow these steps to transfer funds from an older meter to your new SendPro Mailstation device.

If you upgrade to a SendPro Mailstation from an older device such as a DM100i-DM125, follow these steps to remove funds from your old device and add funds to your new SendPro Mailstation.

Step 1: Withdraw your funds from the old device

Follow the procedure to withdraw the funds from your old device to your Pitney Bowes account. Select your old device for instructions.

Once you remove funds from your old device, the funds go to your prepaid account and are immediately available.

Step 2: Add funds to your SendPro Mailstation

  1. On the Home screen, tap Postagefunds icon.
  2. Enter the amount of postage you want to add to your device. The postage balance cannot exceed $1,000. The device will display an error message if you try to refill beyond the limit.
  3. Tap Add Postage.
