Create a case for billing or service support
Sign in to Your Account to create a case and request support from Pitney Bowes,
Sign in to Your Account to create a case and request support from Pitney Bowes.
- Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
- Select Support & Cases and click Create a Case.
- Select an option for the type of issue you have:
- Finacial Support- Queries related to billing, payments or querying a charge.
- Account Support- if you have any queries related: to contract details or address updates.
- Technical Support- if you have any queries related to your meter.
- Complete the information requested and select Submit.
