List of payment options and steps available for Pitney Works

You can pay for your PitneyWorks in different ways. Payment options are automatic payments, one-time online payments, and mailing a check.

Set up Automatic Payments Online

Make a One Time Payment Online

Important: Payments made after 4:30 PM ET will process the next business day and may take up to 2 business days to reflect online. Ensure your bank account accepts ACH payments for Company ID: 3841386389 and has no ACH debit block.

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
  2. Scroll to Your Financials and click View & Pay Bills.
  3. Select View & Pay under PitneyWorks.
  4. Select the statement to be paid then select Make Payment.
  5. Confirm the Amount to Pay. Note: payment cannot be less than the minimum due and cannot exceed the total due.
  6. Select a Payment Date at least two business days before the due date to avoid late fees.
  7. Select a Payment Method and click Continue.
  8. Review the payment details and select Submit Payment.

You will receive two confirmation emails. The 1st email will confirm payment was submitted. 2nd email will confirm payment was processed.

Mail a Cheque

The payee name and address are provided on the invoice payment stub. Include the payment stub with the payment and note the 10-digit account number on the cheque.

Payments will be posted to the account within 10 business days from the date mailed.
