Add a Payment Method

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
  2. Select the Billing menu and click Billing Preferences.
  3. Select Payment Methods.
  4. Enter all required information.
    • Important: The address entered must match the address of the credit Card or Bank Account Statement
  5. Select Save.

Update and Existing Payment Method

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
  2. Select the Billing menu and click Billing Preferences.
  3. Select Payment Methods.
  4. Select the pencil icon to edit the payment method.
  5. Make the required change and select Save.

Remove a Payment Method

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
  2. Select the Billing menu and click Billing Preferences.
  3. Select Payment Methods.
  4. Select the X icon to delete the payment method.
  5. Select Yes to confirm deletion.
    • Note: If the payment method is being used for autopay you will need to remove it before deleting.
