Deleting a carrier account in PitneyShip Pro

If you no longer need a carrier account, you can delete it.
Products affected: PitneyShip™ Pro

If you no longer need a carrier account in PitneyShip Pro, you can delete it, provided you have sufficient Admin rights.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

  1. Select Settings > Carriers.
  2. Select the Delete Carrier icon next to the carrier you wish to delete.

  3. Select Delete to confirm.
