How to Setup, Change, or Remove Automatic Payments

Set up AutoPay
- Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
- Select Billing and click Billing Preferences.
- Select AutoPay.
- Enter the required information:
- Select the Account number to which the auto payments should be applied.
- Pay using: Choose an existing payment method on your account or add a new one.
- Pay on the: Select at least 4 days before the invoice due date to avoid late fees.
- Effective until: Determine how long recurring payments should be in effect.
- Click Save Payment.
Change or Remove an AutoPay
- Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
- Select Billing and click Billing Preferences.
- Select AutoPay.
- Select the radio button next to the payment method you want to change or remove.
- Select the pencil icon next to the payment method you would like to change, enter the information and click Save.
- Click the X next to the payment method you would like to remove.
- Click Save.
