How to Setup, Change, or Remove Automatic Payments

Set up AutoPay

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
  2. Select Billing and click Billing Preferences.
  3. Select AutoPay.
  4. Enter the required information:
    • Select the Account number to which the auto payments should be applied.
    • Pay using: Choose an existing payment method on your account or add a new one.
    • Pay on the: Select at least 4 days before the invoice due date to avoid late fees.
    • Effective until: Determine how long recurring payments should be in effect.
  5. Click Save Payment.

Change or Remove an AutoPay

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
  2. Select Billing and click Billing Preferences.
  3. Select AutoPay.
  4. Select the radio button next to the payment method you want to change or remove.
    • Select the pencil icon next to the payment method you would like to change, enter the information and click Save.
    • Click the X next to the payment method you would like to remove.
  5. Click Save.
