The Connect+ displays error code 0311-A1-00A4 and will not print.

A printer cover is open.

This error code appears when your Connect+ detects that your printer cover is open. Ensure that your cover is fully closed by following these steps:

Open your printer cover, and make sure the blue handle is all the way to the left, in the down position
Ensure that nothing blocks your printer cover and keeps it from closing
Ensure that the printer cover is even with the other covers

If your issue is not resolved, contact customer support from 8 am to 8 pm Eastern Time. Have your model number ready.
