The Connect+® displays error code 071F-41-000D and will not run mail.

The error indicates a Motor Position Error Fault.

Open the feeder and printer covers
Remove all mail from the stacker
Check if the power adaptors for a 15 inch display and the power stacker were switched. The larger adaptor should be going to the power stacker.

If your issue is not resolved, contact customer support from 8 am to 8 pm Eastern Time. Have your model number ready.
