Issue

The Connect+® displays error 01A1-61-0002, and the accounting report did not print.

Cause

Attached printed failed to print.

Resolution

Follow these steps:
  1. Try turning the attached printer off and on again
  2. Try holding the red job cancel key down for 5 seconds
  3. Check the printer for jams:
    1. Open the front cover and remove the toner/drum unit and remove any paper inside
    2. Open the rear cover and remove any paper inside
    3. Close all covers and reprint your report
