Issue

The Connect+® displays error code 0194-61-0005.

Cause

The internal clock is not synchronized.

Resolution

Resynchronize the clock:
  1. Select the green house on the top of the screen to go to the Home screen
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select System
  4. Select Clock
  5. Select the correct time zone
  6. Select Synchronize clock
  7. Select Done
