Turning paperless billing on or off
Learn how to turn paperless billing on or off for your billing accounts.
When paperless billing is turned on for an account, you will no longer receive a paper bill. After switching to paperless be sure to turn on the billing notifications.
- Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
- Select Billing and click Billing Preferences.
- Select Paperless Billing.
- Use the sliders to turn paperless billing On or Off for the required account.
