Changing your company address with Pitney Bowes
Sign in to Your Account to update your billing or machine location address.

- Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
- Select the profile icon and click Manage Accounts.
- Locate the required account and select Change below the City,Province,Country field.
- Enter the requested information and select Next.
- Select the Yes or No toggles to update your location or billing address.
- Select the I agree to Pitney Bowes Terms & Conditions and click Next.
- Review the updated address information and Confirm.
It can take up to 3 business days for your address to update. Invoices generated prior to the address change will reflect the old address.
