Change of Physical Location or Billing Address

Learn how to update the physical location of a product or billing address.
  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal. 
  2. Select the person icon in the top right corner of the page and select Manage Accounts
  3. Locate the required account and select Change beneath the City, Province, Country field. 
  4. Enter the requested information and select Next. 
  5.  Select the Yes / No toggles to update the physical location of your equipment and/or billing address. 
  6. Select the I agree to Pitney Bowes Terms & Conditions and select Next
  7. Review the updated address information and Confirm
Note:  It may take up to 3 business days for your address to update. Invoices generated before the address change will reflect the old address.
