Note: Do not perform these steps unless a new meter is replacing the existing one or have been advised by a Pitney Bowes representative to perform this task.
NOTE: Once funds have been removed from the defective meter, they will then be transferred to the account where the funds were taken from.
- Select Seal Only Mode
- Press the Options button
- Press Page Down two times
- Select Advanced Features
- Press Page Down
- Select Meter Withdrawal
- Select Transfer All Funds From Meter To PBP Account
NOTE: Once funds have been removed from the defective meter, they will then be transferred to the account where the funds were taken from.
