Withdrawing your funds from a DM300C-DM475
Learn how to remove your funds from a DM300C, DM400C and DM125 meter and return them to your postage account.

Only perform these steps if you are instructed by Pitney Bowes to perform this task.
Before you begin:
Your meter must be connected to the Pitney Bowes Data Center.
Follow these steps to remove your funds:
NOTE: The funds removed from your meter are transferred to the account associated with your meter.
If you cannot connect to Pitney Bowes through your meter, or if you have a blank screen, you may not be able to transfer your funds to your account. Return your meter to Pitney Bowes, and your funds get credited to your account within 4 to 6 weeks after Pitney Bowes receives your meter.
Before you begin:
Your meter must be connected to the Pitney Bowes Data Center.
Follow these steps to remove your funds:
- Press Menu.
- Press Page Down up to two times.
- Select Advanced Features.
- Select Meter Withdrawal.
- Press Continue when Transfer All funds From Meter to PBP Account displays.
- At the prompt:
- Select Print Receipt to print your receipt.
- Select Continue to return to your Home screen.
NOTE: The funds removed from your meter are transferred to the account associated with your meter.
