Setting up your UPS account on the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto

Learn how to set up your UPS account on the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto.
Products affected: SendPro® C Lite, SendPro® C, SendPro®+ (8H10), SendPro® C Auto (9H10)

Use PitneyShip Pro to set up your UPS account. You must do this before you use UPS for shipping labels.

You cannot set up a UPS account on your SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto. In your web browser, go to PitneyShip Pro and sign in with your SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto user ID and password.

Once you have set up your UPS account using PitneyShip Pro, you can view your account information on your device:

  1. Tap Settings.
    Settings icon
  2. Scroll down to Shipping Settings.
  3. Tap Carrier Settings.
  4. Tap Manage next to UPS.
