Printing packing slips for orders in ShipAccel

If needed, you can print packing slips for your orders.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

Before you begin

There are 2 different versions of the Orders screen.

• If you see this banner, then you are still using Method 1. If you click the Update Now button, then you will be switched to our new orders screen, Method 2.
  
• If you do not see this banner, then you are already using Method 2.

Method 1

In method 1, packing slips are printed at the same time as labels for orders. If you want to print a packing slip along with a label, you need to have Always print packing slip with shipping labels for ecommerce selected under Settings > Packing Slip.

Method 2

When using method 2, you can print packing slips separately from shipping labels.

1. If you're not already on the Orders screen, go to the Shipping & Mailing menu and select Ship Orders.
2. Check the boxes next to the orders you want to print packing slips for, then select the arrow next to Print # Labels and choose Print Packing Slip.
   
3. Select Print.
