Retrieving an asset from a locker in PitneyTrack Asset and the Locker Management Module
You will receive an email advising you there is a locker available to pickup or return an asset. The email contains a QR code which you use to access the locker.

As a mailroom administrator or locker operator, you will receive an email advising you an asset has been returned to a locker. The email contains a QR code and an asset ID which you use to access the locker.
The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.
- At the locker:
- Select Collect an item and scan the QR code or
- Enter the code from the email you received
- If your kiosk is configured to take your picture, it displays a countdown screen. This screen appears for about 2 seconds. It takes your picture at the end of the 2 second period.
- Using your finger, sign for the package in the area provided and then tap Submit.
- The locker door opens. Remove the asset, close the locker door and then select Done. The status of the asset changes to Inventory and is now assigned to you.
