New Features & Enhancements

Exporting History tabs

In a previous release, users could export large volumes of shipment data in under 30 seconds. We have now expanded this functionality to all History tabs.

Carrier pickup

Users can schedule pickups for any carrier that provides this service by clicking the Schedule Carrier Pickup menu and selecting their carrier.

Removed Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) when adding funds

Users will not need to reauthenticate when adding funds if a user has MFA enabled to log in. This applies to the following scenarios:

• Adding USPS postage
• Auto refill process
• Low funds notification via shipping
• Low funds notification via stamps

UPS Multi-piece return

We have enhanced the UPS multi-piece feature by introducing return support. Users can now print a return-only multi-piece shipment by selecting the Print Return Label special service. The Include Return Label option is also available for multi-piece shipments.

Please note:

• The Include Return Label option is available only for domestic shipments.
• Returns are allowed for up to 20 pieces for multi-piece UPS shipments from Canada.
• For shipments from the United States and Puerto Rico, the limit for returns is one piece.

Packing slip logo and configuration

We have improved the packing slip feature to include the store logo, enabling users to showcase their brand during the packaging process. The selected store logo will be displayed on the packing slip preview and the final printout.

Packing slip barcode

We have introduced a new feature that allows you to embed a barcode on packing slips. This barcode encodes order details and enables quick access to order information using a barcode scanner.

Please note:

• By default, this setting is enabled.
• Depending on user settings, the barcode will appear on packing slips for all e-commerce orders.
• When enabled, the barcode will automatically display on the print preview and the final printouts.
• If the feature is disabled, the barcode will not appear on the packing slip.
• The barcode is added without altering the existing layout or template and is compatible with current packing slip sizes.
