New Features & Enhancements

Enhanced carrier performance insights with delivery metrics

We've added new fields related to carrier performance in the Shipment Details Report:

• First Scan From Carrier: Includes both date and time.
• Is Late: Indicates if the shipment is late (True if late, False if not).
• Delayed By: Shows the delay duration in the format: 2d 4h 37m 52s.
• First Estimated Delivery Date: Captures the carrier's initial estimated delivery date (EDD).

These fields are deselected by default and added at the end of the report. They can be exported in Excel, CSV, and PDF formats, and are included in scheduled reports via SFTP and email.

We've also revised the Late by days calculation to consider the time of delivery:

• Late by Days = Actual Delivery Date and Time - Estimated Delivery Date and Time.

Issues Fixed

There are no new fixes in this release.
