New Features & Enhancements
Shipping zone analytics
Introduced zonal-level reporting for clients sending packages and mail through different carriers. Added new charts under the Carrier and Services tab in the Analytics dashboard:
- Average Weight
- % Packages
- Average Zone
Enhanced surcharge rules for Job Type
Users can add additional surcharges based on specific conditions. Clients can apply surcharges based on job types like Seal Only and Permit. Each condition has configuration options, including:
- Operator: Equals / Not Equals
- Items to Select: A multi-select list of applicable options
- Action: Add % or Add Amount
Clients can edit, activate, or deactivate surcharge rules as needed. Existing surcharge rules remain unaffected, and new surcharges can be searched using the existing search functionality.
Receiving reports - Custom fields for Summary reports
The Receive, Edit, Deliver, and Pouch custom fields will now be included in the View by options in summary reports. A new dropdown option titled Custom Fields will be added, along with a secondary dropdown to select the specific custom field names. This feature will operate similarly to the Volume view-by option.
Custom fields can be assigned to an Enterprise, Division, Location, or Site based on the user's access level, which determines the visibility of those fields. In PA reports, a maximum of 10 custom fields can be displayed. If users wish to add new custom fields, they must remove or deactivate existing ones, as the limit is strictly set to 10.
