Viewing shipping zone data in PitneyAnalytics

View zone-level information in reports and dashboards.

Dashboard

The Carrier & Services dashboard shows a graph for USPS, UPS, and Fedex. Within this graph, you can view

• Average Weight (Total Weight/Total Number of Parcels in that zone)
• Package Count
• Average Zone by Carrier (Zone number × Total number of parcels in that zone)/Total number of parcels in all zones

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

1. Select Analytics > Dashboard.
   
2. Select the Carrier & Services tab.
   

3. Use the filters to select the data you wish to view.
   
   

   1. Filter: The default value is Division/Region.
   2. Division/Region: Select the divisions you wish to view.
   3. Location: Select the locations you wish to view.
   4. Date Range: Select one of the preset time periods, or select Custom Range to enter a specific date range.
   5. Refresh: Once you have selected all of your options, click the refresh icon to display the report.
4. Scroll down to Zone Based Analytics.
5. (Optional) In the Package Count tab, select All or an individual carrier.
6. (Optional) In Avg Zone By Carrier, select Weekly or Monthly.
7. (Optional) Click View Data to display the data in a tabular format. You have the option to export the data.

Reports

Add a Zone field to the Spend Summary Report or Shipment Details Report.

Spend Summary Report

1. Select Analytics > Reports.
2. Click the View By menu and select Zone.

Shipment Details Report

1. Select Analytics > Reports.
2. Select Shipment Details Report.
3. Click the Columns menu and select Zone.
