PitneyTrack Inbound Release Notes version 1.97.0 (February 7, 2025)
Products affected: PitneyTrack® Inbound, PitneyTrack® Mobile App
New Features & Enhancements
Web browser: Package Tracking data according to "Received date" and "Last Modified" date
Users can filter package tracking data by the "Received Date" and "Last Modified" date. This feature lets users view packages received on a specific day or within a date range.
Web browser: Copy Pouch package information
Users with access to the Pouch settings page can now utilize the Copy Pouch Details to Packages Inside menu to set the Default Pouch Details to Use for Packages.
Users can choose one of the following options for copying information: all fields, a selection of package and custom fields, or no fields from the pouch to its child packages. To save their preferences, users must click the Save button.
When users select specific packages and custom fields to copy, they must enter values for these fields on the Pouch Receive, Edit, or Deliver screen. Upon saving the pouch, these entered values will be copied to the child packages.
Additionally, users can modify the fields being copied from the pouch to the package while adding or updating a pouch.
Web browser and mobile app: Asset limit alerts
Users will receive notifications when they are near or have exceeded their plan's asset limit.
Web browser: Common value for multiple packages
In the workflows for receiving, editing, and delivering multiple packages, the following fields will be displayed at a global level: Recipient, Carrier, Sender, and Custom Field(s).
Users can enter values for these fields globally, and the same values will apply to all packages within the workflow. If any field has varying values for at least one package in the list, the global display will show Mixed for that field to indicate that different values exist among the packages.
Mobile app: Access to Manifest
A new "Manifest Mobile" feature has been added to the "Receiving New" feature set. It will be enabled by default for all existing Admin, User, and custom subscription roles.
When this feature is activated for a subscription role, users assigned to that role will see the "Manifest" toggle option on the Deliver page of the mobile app.
Web browser: "Scan packages for delivery" added to Delivery settings
A new Scan Packages for Delivery section has been added to the Delivery settings page.
This section allows you to specify whether scanning all packages is mandatory when delivering to a particular recipient. It includes two options:
- Require scanning of all packages upon delivery.
- Allow delivery of packages without scanning (default option).
