Deleting and adding multiple cost accounts in PitneyShip Pro or PitneyShip Enterprise
If you need to delete and add multiple cost accounts, you can export, edit, and re-import a cost account list.

If you need to delete and add multiple cost accounts, you can export, edit, and re-import a cost account list.
The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.
- Select Settings > Cost Accounts.
- Select Export.
- Follow your web browser's prompts to save the file. (The exact steps will vary depending on your browser settings.)
- Edit the CSV file.
- Set the accounts you want to remove to INACTIVE.
- Add the new accounts and set them to ACTIVE.
- Save the file in the CSV format.
- In the cost accounts screen, select Import > Manual Import.
- Select Choose File, select the CSV file you just edited, and select Open.
- Select Continue.
- In the Import Cost Accounts window, match your CSV file fields in the Your CSV Fields column with the fields in the Cost Account Fields column.
- Select Import.
