Downloading USPS signatures in History

Users can now download Proof of Delivery (POD) signatures for USPS labels from the History section. POD signature files will be available for download within 2 to 5 business days after the package has been delivered.

Bulk Proof of Delivery scheduled exports

Users can schedule automatic exports of Bulk Proof of Delivery (BPOD) records. They can set up a job to export all new BPOD records to a designated file location.

Refund/Void available after printing SCAN form or Manifest

Users can now find the "Refund" or "Void Label" button in Shipment History, even after printing the SCAN Form or Manifest. Previously, this button was disabled once printing occurred. The button adheres to carrier guidelines, such as USPS's 30-day refund period for labels that have not been shipped. Please note that this feature applies only to USPS. Additionally, the "Refund Label" button will not be available if tracking for the label has begun.

USPS Rate Change

USPS has implemented new rates starting January 19, 2025. Read more about USPS Rate Changes.

RX4Route carrier account

FedEx Importer of Record Multi-piece

An Importer of Record (IOR) ensures that imported goods comply with all customs regulations. This includes managing paperwork, valuing goods, and paying associated fees such as duties and tariffs. Additionally, the IOR must adhere to the destination country's import laws. This functionality was introduced in the last release for single shipments and has now been expanded to include multi-piece shipments.

Schedule pickup default sender address

The Schedule Pickup screen previously displayed the address of the onboarded carrier by default. Now, it will automatically show the sender address of the logged-in user instead. This means that the default address on the Schedule Pickup screen will be the sender address of the logged-in user.
