New Features & Enhancements
Enable No Change address verification
Admin users can select the No Change button in the Admin settings. When this button is selected, users can enter an address, and the system will not change the provided address. Please note that this update applies only to domestic addresses within the United States.
Create presets that include return labels.
Users can create presets that include the checked Include Return Label box.
Increase the max reprint limit for labels.
Users can now print a label up to eight times for all carriers except USPS. The limit was increased from three to eight to account for potential printing errors.
Ship Orders status column
A status column was added to the Ship Orders table to update the status after complete order syncing.
Ship Orders filtered by order status
Orders on the Ship Orders screen are now filtered and grouped based on order status. Order filtering options include:
- All
- Open
- Cancelled
- Pending
- Shipped
Exception tracking event email notifications
Users receive email notifications whenever there are exceptions in tracking events. Notifications will be emailed for the following tracking events:
- Return Initiated
- Shipped to Retailer
- Return In Transit
- Future Event Date
- Undeliverable
- Return to Sender
- Initiated
- Returns Undeliverable
- Shipment delayed
- Issue with Address
- Weather exception
- Shipment damaged
Ecommerce orders ordered by Order Number
Ecommerce orders will now be displayed by Order Number to better reflect their creation date.
Removing the "Setup your PitneyShip Cube" link
Admin users can now set whether users will see the PitneyShip Cube Welcome screen for PitneyShip Cube installation. Admins can disable the setup screen under the Subscription Role settings.
