Web browser: Package forwarding alerts
Users can create Package Forwarding alerts for Recipient contacts so that packages of one Recipient can be forwarded to another Recipient for a selected duration.
Web browser: Package hold alerts
Users can create package hold alerts for Recipient contacts. These alerts will be displayed when selected package recipient has an active hold alert.
Web browser and mobile app: Recipient with Active Package Forwarding
Users who choose a recipient for a package with active forwarding, a pop-up will appear, displaying the individual to whom the package should be forwarded on behalf of the original recipient. Packages can be sent to another contact if the original recipient is unavailable.
Web browser and mobile app: Recipient with Package Hold
When a Recipient has an active Package Hold alert, selecting that Recipient for a package will trigger a notification indicating the Package Hold status. This alert will only appear when the Recipient is specifically chosen for the package. A window will appear displaying the recipient's name and the duration for which their packages should be kept on hold.
Web browser: Forwarded package text on label
When printing labels for recipients with active package forwarding, users can include a Forwarded To field on the label. A Forwarded package stamp will also be printed to indicate that the package is being forwarded to another recipient.
Mobile app: Building data filtering options
Users can now filter the packages' data on the Manifest page based on the building(s) of the Site mentioned in the package location.
